Grab that big wire mesh strainer that most of us have, and rub your bud through it! All the seeds will stay in the strainer as well as any stems. We hippies used to do it all the time- and MOST bud had seeds back then! Unless you have a LOT of seeds, potency isn't affected that much. Enjoy- Granny:hippy:

Eerything is drying now but I just wonderd if the potency will be effected by the seeds? The seeds themselves are no big deal but if it takes away from the high I will be upset.
