Shake is the shit that falls off your weed, hence the name "shake" because if you "shake" your weed it will fall off. Its usually the small leaves on the bud, and other various pieces of small bud that come off your weed when you move it around. I agree, physically impossible to get high off a cheese sandwich in 10 mins. Your body needs to start to digest the food in order for the THC oils to break through your stomach walls and enter your blood stream. No way in hell did you get high after 10 mins, unless you were imagining it. Further more, only 45 seconds in a microwave wouldnt have done anything. I dont reccomend doing this to anyone, I dont think it really worked. The radiation waves in a microwave kill the THC oils, and you need to heat the THC for a specific amount of time at a specific temperature. I bet you were just imagining it, or your lieing. Nice try though.

Agreed. It was probably placebo effect that I thought I was high that quick. It was more of a euphoria at first. But yes, this recipe did work in the end. It was a complete ((Im talking after 40 min..)) body high really. Just sort of 'stoned'. Not that exciting really. I could have happily smoked that gram+ and gotten more 'enjoyable' of a high. Anyway, no, the radiation didn't kill off the THC. The cheese was boiling and shit for like 30 seconds of the 45 seconds ((it was way too much cheese for 1/2 a sandwhich. Anyway. I took it out early because I entered 1min into it.

So yes, this did more then just placebo, no Im not just trying to waste your weed.

Oh, and for me shake is just any finely grated version of marijuana ((not hash, obviously)) In this case it was what fell off pre-manicured big nice fluffy buds. Thinking back it may have been close to 2 grams, but Im fairly sure that would be the max.
