Here's a safe way to get rid of those nasty bees nests at the homestead. Get some 3M Spray adhesive and give the nest a blast. You'll see some of the lil' devils come out and dive bomb to the ground. This also works if you catch em' in mid air. The rest of the nest is perma bonded and makes for VERY easy and safe removal.

LOL, I prefer to use the wasp and hornet killer spray. You know, the stuff that shoots out about 20'. Don't know that I'd want to get close enough to the nest to use spray adhesive. I do like to have fun with the ones that are flying though. I have one of those battery operated, tennis raquet bug zappers. One fly's by and I take a swing at it, usually resulting in a satisfying ZAP!
My neighborhood gets infested with wasps every summer. All the house have clay tile roofs which provide the perfect spots for them to build their nests. It get's really bad. The other day I found two little nests in the channel that runs behind the rear window on our Isuzu Rodeo. We don't use it very much so it just sits most of the time. I guess they just figured it was a good spot.

I use electrical sealant, light it on fire and then run inside my house and watch it burn.

Over in the UK we kill our bee's using our mobile phones, they got special built in functionality for that purpose. It confuses their homing radar somehow and they get lost and end up dying.
Somewhat ironically, despite the inadvertent culling of bee's via this method, it turns out they weren't actually doing us any harm to us in the first place, in fact they are rather charming little creatures who make enchanting little buzzing noises on hazy summer days, and they make honey for us.
Why would you want to kill them?\"It\'s funny how the colors of the real world only seem really real when you viddy them on the screen.\"

Bees are dying off in like 25 states or something like that. They are getting lost and dying and stuff. Dont kill them!! We need all the bees we can get. Although i do have a phobia of bees/hornets/wasps etc.

What kind of bees do you have over there that want to sting you in the ass when you are having a BBQ? I thought they liked flowers and pollen, not smokey bacon. I've been stung twice by wasps who crawled up my trouser leg, but bee's? They never bother me, ever.
