Hey Perp, any thoughts on using dry ice. Besides the fact that it would look great smoking up the place. Would it help to be even colder. . .

Another great way is to take the trim and clippings and rub it by a silk screen lightly alowing only the yellow resin to fall through. thenk scoop all of it up and put it in a plastic wrap Really tight (suggest the wrapper of a cig pack) then take the tightly wraped resin and tightly fold a damp piece of paper around it. put in the oven for 15 min on 400 then put imediatly into fridge. wait one day and unwrap and u have urself a nice wad of hash!

I'm in Ontario. You should get a great yield from several pounds of trim. Take some pics and show us your results!

I cant get anything to collect on the coffee filter im using a 1 gallon jug.
And its reallllly brown water so i should be getting tons.
Do you know why this is?

Nothing at all? Hmmm, perhaps your trim does not have too much trichomes on it? Or maybe your 1 gallon jug is just not enough volume. Try doing several washes of trim in the same 1 gallon of water.

Don't forget to keep it cold with added ice. If you're siphoning make sure you let it sit for an hour at least to let the trichs sink to the bottom. If you don't you will be siphoning off all the goodness.

let it sit for 6-12 hours, then siphon off the top layer ( youll see it starting to get darker ).
then pour it through several times, and post back here

Okay. Thanks guys.
I just sorta mixed both the ghetto style
and gumby hash method.
I let it sit from last night at @ 12.
Until this morning at 12.
I siphoned off 3/4 of the water.
Then poured the remaining water and trichs
into a 1.5L glass jar. I let everything fall to the bottom.
Then siphoned off as much water as i possible could.
I poured the mixture onto doubled up wax paper and it is now
sitting on my dining room table drying. I took a spoon and put it into smaller piles.
hoping to dry it faster. I have a ceiling fan above it and an oscillating fan about 4 ft. away from it. Im thinking it should only be 2-3 more hours to dry it.
Would putting it in the freezer help?? Answer back soon Thanks.
