Paranoia

Recently, I've been experiencing an unusual amount of paranoia when I smoke up. I'm able to fight it off and still enjoy my high, but it's very annoying to have to take the time to calm myself down and rationally convince myself that whatever I'm being paranoid about isn't going to happen.

I know it's not because of a particular strain, because I've smoked several different strains and they all give more or less the same effect. Is there anything I can do to reduce paranoia? Thanks! :hippy:

this weekend i had my first like real paranoia although i don't think it was as bad as it could be. i was just super high at like this fest and the cops in this town are pricks so i was just nervous of them lol. and plus since there was a fight they were drivin around everywhere. now that i think about it i shouldn't have worried about anything and i just laugh lol.

iv never really gotten paranoid from smoking except once when there was a huge fight and i was hitting a blunt and a cop pulled up...
i dont think he saw me though

luckily he only stopped the fight and told everyone to leave except the people fighting
