resonating is refering to the dark sticky stuff inside your pipe after you smoke a few bowls. The stuff is called resin. You can scrape it into a little ball and smoke it if you want but it taste really bad.

You're actually right, but it's spelled resinate, just like our good friend

Get a bong with a weed storage compartment, and everytime the smoke passes through, some extra resin will stick to buds, thus 'resinating' them. When you smoke dat shit up, you'll get twice as high
