Do you think that is to many watts for a couple of plants? This will be my first try.

I was advised to buy a t5 4 bulb that allready has a hood on it, with bulbs included. and I was supposed to be able to raise and lower it in my closet? Cant find one anywhere. what can I use for HPS. Apprx 200 to 250 watts. I will Also be using a couple of CFLs probably 26 to 30 watt. all I really need to produce is about 6000 lumens for 2 to 3 plants.
