he is pretty shitty but its not like he's the first president to wrongfully invade a country with little to no reason... buccannon still gets my vote as worst because he holds a lot of personal blame for starting the civil war... but ya like I said being in the Top 5 worst presidents is still a pretty big accomplishment that takes a lot of hard work and dedication all devoted to running the stars and stripes right into the ground
