all you need is the fan, some febreeze/other air neutralizer (not freshener) and some common sense.
use a towel and the fan for the obvious part, keept hem on when youre smoking, and you can smoke whatever, short of a fat ass joint or blunt session, bowls and bongs and small joints are fine, just makes ure that if youre smokin a jay or somethin that the fan is on while you smoke it, nad just do that and spray some febreeze/ burn some incense and youll be fine after aobut 20-30 minutes
before my mom allowed me to smoke it worked like a charm, now it doesnt even matter anymore...
