I didn't read it all, but a fan is definitely the key component here. The metal pipe could be great addition, but we used a glass pipe all the time. We also got away with smoking blunts in the room using the fan technique.

It also just depends on being careful...there was of course sometimes where we got reckless, and the hallway stank to high heaven...then it's all luck from there!
