need advice
last year i didnt know what i was really doing but seemed to manage get a pound and half off one plant
. but fastforward to this year i got about 15seedlings that just sprouted. today i was weeding the area but i noticed that the soil is looking very dry and theirs no chance of rain this whole week(its gonna be hot as shit this whole week). should i water them everyday? and should i start feeding them 2 or 3 weeks after sprouting?

probably wouldnt water more than a couple of times a week at most if its dry.
when you start to feed is really dependent upon the soil if its good soil they should grow well for over a month before needing any nutrients.

I would water everyday or at least every other day if you can. When I grew I dug a 3 foot by 2 foot hole and filled it with soil and it dried up every three days (w/o rain). So if you used good soil then once every other day is fine. The more water you can give the plant without overwatering (nearly impossible outdoors) the better off you're plant will be. I would fertilize once it is around 4 inches tall and is growing steadily and only give it 1/4 strength for the first week then increase it as the plant responds.

thanks guys, but actually i didnt buy any soil because the areas natural soil i believe is pretty good. theirs so many different variety of plants around like nettles and i really couldnt afford any right now
. i also planted them about a foot apart, i know thats too close but last year i had a problem with rabbits and deer so i figured i'd plant a bunch of them so those fukers wouldnt eat everything.

keep the soil moist not wet black landscape fabric works it helps: control weeds prevents water loss warms the soil (its not too hot yet) u can add mulch when the soil temp reaches 80df it is breathelable n allows water/nuts to pass through
ur deer n rabbit probs will end using organic deer away n u shouldve already added organic ferts to the soil my largest plant so far harvested weighed over 2 n a half lbs smoke to a never ending bag
