I never have weed in my car, only when I bring it home. I never get high while driving or drive after getting high, call it paranoia or brains, I'll never change my view on that part of it.

hey man, the reality is actually better and worse then what you have been told. Ok, federally weed is still illegal, which means that cops can do whatever they want. However, this is where it gets tricky. there is a bill, or a proposition or whatever that was passed, SB 420 I think it is. yeah its actually 420.

anyways, it says that for medical patients, the minimum amount that any county can set is 8 ounces and 6 matures plants or 12 immature plants. Each county can set its own limit, but they can't set a limit that is below 8 ounces or 6 mature plants.

Also, it makes it illegal for dispensaries or doctors to disclose MMJ patients to the feds. So, what you have to worry about is just getting pulled over for random stuff and you accidently have weed out, or some such. You probably wont' get busted through the dispensary or through some tracking method, given what that bill set forth. Also the majority of cannabis arrests come from traffic violations.

Paranoia is healthy until it makes your life unpleasant. It is a balancing act.
