It also says that "ONLY the dried mature processed flowers of female cannabis plants or the plant conversion shall be considered when determining allowable quantities." This means 8 ounces of bud!

Honey, keeping your paranoia is a good thing! Keep treating it like it's illegal! Grow your own, if possible, and tell as few people as possible. Rippers and loud-mouthed friends can spell the ruin of your grow! I am also a paranoid- I grow 11 plants for the hubby and me- one less "mature plant" than we are allowed. I don't care if they are seedlings, clones or budding plants- 11 is all I will grow! I don't have any faith in the cops being able to tell the difference between an immature plant and a mature one! And I don't want to give them even the slightest chance to bust me.

But as for your buying, get whatever you need (up to 8 ounces), but carry a copy of your recommendation when you buy. - Granny:hippy:
Storm Crow Reviewed by Storm Crow on . I have a MMJ perscription, but still paranoid. HELP! I live in Los Angeles and I have a medical marijuana perscription and I have a decent supplier, yet I am still paranoid about getting caught with weed in my car. How much can have on me (in my car) before I can get into trouble? My supplier says I can have up to 4 oz but I think he just wants to make the sale. I usually just buy an 8th and keep coming back. I'd love to buy like a 1/4 pound but I'm chicken. I never have weed in my car, only when I bring it home. I never get high while Rating: 5
