(b) No more than six mature plants or 12 immature plants per qualified patient."

It also says that "ONLY the dried mature processed flowers of female cannabis plants or the plant conversion shall be considered when determining allowable quantities." This means 8 ounces of bud!

Honey, keeping your paranoia is a good thing! Keep treating it like it's illegal! Grow your own, if possible, and tell as few people as possible. Rippers and loud-mouthed friends can spell the ruin of your grow! I am also a paranoid- I grow 11 plants for the hubby and me- one less "mature plant" than we are allowed. I don't care if they are seedlings, clones or budding plants- 11 is all I will grow! I don't have any faith in the cops being able to tell the difference between an immature plant and a mature one! And I don't want to give them even the slightest chance to bust me.

But as for your buying, get whatever you need (up to 8 ounces), but carry a copy of your recommendation when you buy. - Granny:hippy:
