I hired an expensive attorney to appeal a decision set forth by a municipal judge that stated I was not allowed to serve my time on weekends... the appeal was filled on Friday and I just got a call from my attorney,,,she said the appeal was accepted by a Superior Court Judge effecting a stay of sentence till a court date is assigned to fight for the right to do my time on weekend,,,otherwise known as work release...
