a little advice drop the cancer stick and pick up the spliff. whenever you wana cigy just smoke a bowl instead with a tiny bit of tabacoo in it and put les and less in everyday until eventualy none. Thats how me and my sis quit. And ull be torn all day if ur a heavy smoker!
