Tiny white or cream colored specks on your leaves. It looks like someone was spray-painting near your plants and the wind drifted the paint. You may notice webs on your leaves. If you turn a leaf over to see the underside, you may notice the mites. They look like tiny specks of dirt. A magnifying glass is helpful.

Some folks say they have good luck killing them with neem. For me, it slowed them down, but it stank and burned the leaves a bit. I don't feel like giving a blow-by-blow tonight. It is enough to say, my last grow was a disaster!

This grow, I saturated the seedlings and soil with "Garden Safe" Fruit and Vegetable Insect Spray. It worked! I sprayed about twice a week for 3 weeks. NOT A MITE IN SIGHT!!! I am few weeks into flowering and it looks good! This stuff was far gentler on my plants than neem. - Granny:hippy:
