Only when the soil appears dry. Small seedlings don't use a ton of water but DO need to be watched, because when they run out, they die quickly.

I planted two seeds yesteday and had them in the sun yesterday and moved them indoors last night and had the light on them all night. I moved them back out this morning. I have been watering twice a day. live in So Cal so its about 80-85 degrees outside So how long does it take for seeds to break through soil?
