Well just to start, I did a lot of research before I tried this. The N-P-K of Urine is
8-0.24-1 Thats perfect for vegging, infact I haven't found a better veg fert and it's free. Just as long as diluted properly, your plants will fair well. You should see noticeable results within a couple of hours.

I got this from a column written by Ed Rosenthal Back in the 90's when he worked for Hightimes Magazine:

1 - 8oz Cup of urine to 1 Gallon of water
* I've found that when dehydrated and the urine is very dark It's best to Use half the amount. The opposite is true for over-hydration.
Use half the amount of pure urine recommended if feeding with every watering
