Is there a picket fence between you and your neighbors? or you got a shed or something? you could smoke in your shed or if you got a picket fence that they can't see through to good just sit down with your back to that fence so she can't even see you if she looked out here window. I dunno i might be able to give you more ideas if i knew what your back yard looked like.
