i Quit My Job Today.....

I have been working for the past couple months a psycho mad woman.

okay heres the story....She came into work to train us cuz our previous manager sucked. Her


name is Jan, well jan came into work happy as hell motivated to change the store, she sucks

you in first, its fuckin crazy,

then she starts telling everyone little secrets about each other like he said she said stuff. Her

secrets start to become worse and worse talking about people as if their completely rotten,

all they want to do is fuck you up, she fucked with everyones head, man she was fuckin with

mine.. i finally snapped out of it after getting stoned for along along time then i started to

think

about how shit didn't add up and she was just messing with everyones head. Well i

confronted her today.

we had a snitch at work so she already new about it. i guess someone over heard me telling

someone it always happens like that. She trys to double team me with the owners of the

corporation. I told her she sad and all i wanted to talk about was the shit she was saying, i

just wanted the rumors to stop and everyone get along like they ust to. No one talking about

nuthen just worken together as a team, I didn't need anymore stress in my life this shit was

crazy to began with.

My manager stole the money from the till just to gamble. She probably stole about 200 all

together. The till was always short, and it was her fault. i dunno she one of those hateful

persons that have to take everyone down with them. manipulate them. oh and the best

part... i took off my shit infront of the owner, and my hat threw it on the ground infront of

him. gave him my key to the store and told him that i had no respect for him, and for him to

do this to me was unreal, i was their for about a year, i new the owners.. i told him to just

fuck off... then walked to my car..



i feel so0o much better went home an bought a bag of weed oh yeah...:thumbsup::stoned:

Sometimes that is what has to be done...
I guess it is time for you to hit the job trail now..
Get something better, something that you can be happy and fulfilled with. It can sometimes be a search but is well worth it in the end.
But you also have to remember that you will run into shitty managers in your job career. A good manager never gossips, a good manager does what they say they are going to do. A good manager is someone that an employee should be able to go to in complete confidentiality. It doesn't sound like she is none of those, so you made the right decision. Good luck

dude i quit my job too. yesterday my boss, we call her hitler because shes like a friggin nazi, well she was being a bitch to me because i told her i wasnt gonna be working there anymore over the summer cuz i have to work till midnight every friday night there and it sucks. so she starts being a real bitch to me and nice to all the new kids cuz thats wut she does, she tries to get all the new kids on her side and she lets them out like 15 min early....well i've been there for a while so i kinda dont listen to her cuz shes a bitch. so i was walkin to grab a rag so i could clean and i was talkin to my friend so she yells at me over the radio to clock out and go home and then i heard her start talkin shit up with her assistant manager followers, so i got pissed and bitched her out over the radio so everyone heard, then i walked up to her and threw my shirt at her and walked out.

it felt so good to get that off my chest. then i went out and got really drunk and partied

now (i would be at work) i am smoking bongs in my room and enjoying my day off work
