i'm in illinois too. i'd say not many cops would care much if it was small ya know. but if you're ever in plainfield do not get pulled over by a cop because they are they are fricken everywhere and they suck.

I have the same feeling - the cops won't go to too much trouble for a small amount unless they want to be assholes about it (Chicago police are known to be assholes sometimes).

I'll just have to be very, very careful (i'm sure that goes without saying) 'cause if I ever got thrown in the slammer i'd probably get my ass kicked the first day. Then i'd get my ass kicked again by my fam when i got out.

Do leo's really care about small-time users who just want to buy a gram or less of weed? Will they set up a sting to catch small-time users? Or are they more concerned with dealers and people with large quantities of the stuff?
