i don't know of any habits i have, but my good friend anthony back like probly 2 years ago he had the weirdest habit well i guess it might have been more of a twitch or something but he used to every once in a while just move his arm back like almost as far as he could for no reason at all. I remember in school sometimes he would accidently hit ppl behind him.

I don't know how to fix your problem but i guess i can ask my friend and see how he stopped cause he did it for a little while.
