How do you tell if your plant wants more food?

Most common problem in hydro is plant burns so I am being highly careful. I have 3 seedlings and one 5 node, they are running on 4 drops of floranova 7-4-10 in 2 gallons water.

I'm sure you can go a bit heavier than that I'd say no more than 500 ppm if you have a tester without that it's hard to tell how much yer givin without a converesion chart

I have an aeroponic system and I started at like 300ppm and worked up fromt here...I got to 1300 but realized that was even too high with a low ph so just note that the lower the ph....the 5.2 is what they say is ideal but if you aim for 5.5 constantly you'll give yourself a buffer zone it seems between 5-6 is the best grow range the lower the ph you choose in that range the lower the ppm needs

You can up the ppm each day and watch for signs of burn if you only go up by 100 ppm each day you'll just start to see the leaves turn darker green after that they kinda start to curl and after that you get stunted growth and spotting etc

ya start low, up a little and keep the ph good...nice n healthy
