im sure the buds may develop some more in a couple of weeks just give it some time but you may still be dissapointed with the yield but its not due to your nutrients its due to your lighting, you should really check into about getting even a small 250 watt hps it would do wonders over cfl and likely not produce much more heat than what your dealing with now.
wouldnt be using any full strength grow nutes either as plants dont need alot of nitrogen when there flowering, and they may not be able to handle full strength when growing under flouros.

Hi, I have one female lowryder which has been flowering for about 6 weeks and it was doing good up untill about three weeks ago..I haven't noticed any new growth in the buds whatsoever?? I still just have pistils..no density at all..very upset about it to be honest..The remaining leaves have yellow tips and most of the lower leaves/fan leaves have died.
