i don't measure, so it's a good guestmate...

1 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup water (i put my shit back in the oven afterwards the water keeps it from getting burned or too thick) 1 - 1 1/2 teaspoon worsteshire sauce, 4 drops tobasco sauce, 1/8 teaspoon chili powder, and 1/8 teaspoon creole seasoning...

oh wait you meant the whole thing? if so, again guestimates....

5 cloves garlic, minced, 1 red bell pepper, 1 green bell pepper, one WHITE onion, all choped (like 1/4 inch sized peices) saute in a skillet with 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for about 3-4 minutes, until the onions start to go golden brown (but not cooked, just when they're not that bright white anymore) then place the skillet in a pre-heated oven at 400 degrees for 7 minutes...

3 pounds hamburger meat, 1/4 cup worsteshire sauce (can add a dash of bbq sauce for extra flavor if you want) 2 1/2 slices bread crumbled finely (i use fresh bread not breadcrumbs) 2 eggs, 1-2 teaspoons creole seasoning.... 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1/4 teaspoon thyme, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt. add all ingredients into a bowl (including the peppers, onion and garlic, mix well, put in a 9x13 baking dish, cook at 400 for 45 minutes to an hour, or until done, pull it out, dump off the grease/juice, cover with the topping, place back in th eoven for about 5-7 minutes at 400...

let set 10 minutes before slicing (it helps so it doens't all fall apart..)
