Hey guys,
I would like to start out by thanking everyone who has already shared their knowledge and information, it has been a great resource to me. In fact, I have gathered so much information from browsing the forum over the past few days that I was hesitant to register to ask questions specific to my impending test. But I figured it couldn't hurt to explain my situation and ask for some feedback.

With that being said, I have a 5-50 GC/MS pre-employment test that I must take at Quest Diagnostics sometime over the next week. I have done a great deal of research on these types of tests and the dilution/substitution methods to potentially beat them, but still have a few questions specific to my situation.

I would consider myself to have been a moderate smoker over the past 5 or so months. The last time that I have smoked was exactly 21 days ago, and should be able to clear another 5 days before I take the test. I am an active person that works out (cardio and weight training) almost daily and have an average metabolism. Furthermore, a couple of days ago I passed an at-home test with a very solid bar (barely faded), indicating a negative result, without diluting my urine. This makes me relatively confident that I will pass the 5-50 test based on what I have read, but I suppose you can never be sure.

So, basically, my question is...considering I have passed the take home test with relative ease a good week and a half before I must take the real test, do you think it is even worth it to use the dilution method described in the above sticky thread? My thinking is that if I am confident that I am going to pass the test without dilution, it may not be worth it to dilute and possibly raise suspicion if something in the integrity test (such as specific gravity) would raise any red flags. However, at the same time, this would be better than testing positive.

I would appreciate any input, especially from those with knowledge/experience with 5-50 GC/MS tests. Thanks in advance.
