my tape water EC 2.4 that,s ppm 1200 @ x500 way high(im using CF ECO stick nutrient meter and it dose work)it,s my water.
my ph is 8 and i bring it to 6,5 using ph down
i used reverse osmosis machine to bring my tape water ppm down, but the plants don,t like it.(ppm from the r/o water is 00)
leaves yellow and turn entirly yellow with brown spot nd tips burn
i did use my tape water in the past with no much problem( apart that i coulid not feed them much as the tape water is already EC 2.4 and then i add fertilizers to it (burn the plant)plants get burn a little when i add fertilizers. tap water e.c 2.4 + fertilizers!!
so my ? what can i do to bring my ppm down??how about mixing the tape water with the pure reverse osmosis water ?
