some laywers will work with you(payments) if you ask around... and it would be worth it. same charges.. had to go to dui class and probation and got stuck with reckless driving.

evertking Reviewed by evertking on . DUI -- Need some info so look, back in sept 06 I got pulled over for DUI and yesterday they finally decided to charge me. I am charged with: VC23152(A) - DUI Alcohol and/or Drugs - 1 Count VC23152(B) - DUI Alcohol 0.08 or more - 1 Count --- (they took my blood, .12) (im in california) Do these two charges mean 2x the sentence or what. And no lawyer here, to dam poor. 1st offense ever. Anyone have any insight on this, experienced this... any info would be grrrreat. Rating: 5
