This is what they teach in school. It's very simple.

There: means a place or something. "Lets go over there to smoke a bowl."

Their: means possession of something. "Give back their dog."

They're: is short for They Are. "They're not that smart, are they?"

Same with too, two and to. Pay attention is english class, you'd be amazed at what you learn.
