WTF plant ready after 4 weeks flowering

so we have this Northern lights. possibly a hermi
it's mother went hermi

I've got two of em, about 4 weeks into flowering and they have got some amber Tric's

Like, whats with that.

I've never looked at the tric's of a plant middle flower. do they often have ambers?

should i still harvest according to trics
even if it's only 5 weeks in

Well is the plant done growing? have all the hairs died or are they all still white? If it is done that would be extremely fast... Top 44 can finish in 6 weeks...
