Toking in NYC

I will be living in NYC for a couple of weeks over the summer and really can't smoke inside the apartment nor will I have a car. How do people smoke in the city? Is it safe to go to Central Park to smoke? I need some ideas...

In my experience, the NYC cops have a "What the hell are you doing? Go home!" attitude about it if you toke up in the parks. But they seem to get stricter and stricter every day, so you might wanna find a regular smoking buddy with digs to accommodate.

Gah bummer, I wanted to just walk around the city and maybe stop a few times to toke up with a bud that lives an hour away from the city that's going to come up to chill. We'll see what happens, if we get desperate we'll light up in the apartment. :P

It's easy central park is a nice place to toke go up on the rocks on 59th at 5th ave. by the softball field's or you could go down to washington sq.park on 4th st. sit on a stope,if you do get caught
the worst thing thay will do is give you a ticket.I got caught tooking on the A train an a D.T.Just thru me off the train.I had to walk like 30 blocks. you will have a good time.
