i vent into the attic in my house. In the attic, there are other vents to the outside, the large ones, so i have no worries.

I took the cover off the heating vent and manufactured a flange to attach the ducting to (PIC) . Also the vent for the lamp is completely isolated from the grow vent and the grow room has a carbon filter so there are no worries there.
