What do you mean by stalling smoke?

IF, you mean the smoke that comes off the burning end, than no, if you can roll that wont happen. The art is to roll it tight enough so that when your not toking it's only just embering, and not letting smoke fly away, but NOT that so it goes out.

A well rolled joint is as efficiant as everything.

Also, belive it or not, and i didnt at first, but joints/blunts have the highest THC transfer rate. [that means nothing though]
LIP Reviewed by LIP on . Smoking Ground-up Weed I've always finely ground my weed after breaking it up and removing the shit, smoked the ultra potent, pale green stuff first, and then smoked the rest of it. This helps me conserve it because, otherwise, I'll smoke a lot of it. Plus, I like to press it into squares, for obvious reason. It gets me fucking high, but I only smoke it in the bong; I can't roll with it, but I hate joints because they're so wasteful. Rating: 5
