DRUG or PLANT?

Does anyone else get kinda... uncomfortable about weed being called a drug?

When I think 'drug' I think powders.. pills.. needles.. hard substances.. also prescriptions and things like that..

Cannabis I have always thought of as a plant.. because.. well.. it fucking is. What other 'drugs' grow in the soil? Holding cannabis in my hand, I always see it as a plant, and a beautiful one at that.

Anyone else get what I mean? :smokin:

well, THC is an organic chemical (or "drug") while most of prescription meds would be inorganic, synthesized chemicals;

the plant is a plant; the specific psychoactive molecule/s are drugs, chemicals, molecules, whatever you want to call it

I dont even like to call it weed anymore b/c too many cluster fucks give it a bad name, i like to think of marijuana as a type of plant that blooms flowers (bud), i like to think of the bud as a flower cuz it basically is right? yea i dont think of it as a drug anyway, its more like a plant but when i think of mushrooms for some reason i think of cow shit and silicon (sp?) but w/e

doesn't really bother me.... drug is just a word, it's the context that makes the diffrence... even i call it a drug.. it is a drug... so is tobacco, alcohol, even caffiene....
