nope, trust me that's not the case... they had plenty of room for another letter, but the part that would need the s (cakeS) the e was all the way at other side of the sign, no way it could have fallen off, someone just didn't put it there..

ohyeah it isn't one of those ground level signs either... only someon ewith that long ass suction cup could of messed with it...
