What are some Diseases that are common and easy to fake?

I am trying to skip work for a few weeks just to blaze with my homies. I wanna make up a disease or a virus or something so that I can skip work. I know food poisoning is an easy one... but I can't miss a whole week on food poisoning LOL...

Have the balls to just quit...I mean if you are willing to take a week off to blaze, then it is not a serious job, just quit and start looking for a new job and blaze for a week or two......no lying needed.
