Told my mom i smoke!!

Ok so the other day we were going over to my grandfathers house to say goodbye to my uncle that came from america,I was extremly sad about saying goodbye because i reall like my uncle(crying...),I hadn't felt shittier for ages.

Before i continue you should all know that i have some family problems between my mother and brother...

So whe are on are way back,everybody's depressed,and my brother starts getting into a major argument with my mother and actually lightly hits her while she was driving!The argument continues for the 40 minute drive and was horrible.
So i was crying and angry because of my uncle leaving and the big argument so it was preety hard.
wE get back and i said to my mom that i was "going for walk"
so she said what "are you going to smoke"(she doesn't no i smoke so it was her being slightly ironic)
And i replied "yes"
she said"why"
I said"to be relaxed"
SHe then asked if i was smoking marijuana and i replied
"yes"
she then said that that was a weak way of dealing with the situation and i said that i didn't care.
So i went out and smoked my joint and came back to see that the argument had escalated.ANYWAY after everything calmed down i had a long chat with her about smoking and saying the benfits...
And she turned out to say that she was ok with me smoking as long as it wasn't to deal with situations and wasn't an everyday habit!

Isn't that cool!

I don't know if anything i wrote is comprehensible because i'm slightly blazed!

I actually can relate to this right now a lot cuz my family is having problems with my sister...anyways, I am glad to hear that she is cool with it...just show her that u can keep ur part of the deal and not abuse your privelege for it is a very big one! best of luck with the fam issues, i hate those ! :thumbsup:

And she's absolutely right.
Daily smokers don't realize that when something Does go wrong, and they still toke up, they're avoiding a part of the process of dealing with it emotionally.

Remember, your uncle will always be with you.

The cool thing is that I won't have to have to woory about her walking into my room and seeing me smoke.
But in respect to my mother i'd rather not smoke in front of her,i thuink i'd feel uncomfortable.
For those of you who have authoirization to smoke do you smoke in front of your parents?

I wouldn't smoke in front of my mom anyways. She knows I smoke, hahaha. Besides... I'm the youngest, and the only blind person in my family. I haven't had any other members of my family ask weird questions about it yet, but I could only imagine.
"where do you get this stuff at?", "But you're blind! How do you know what you ar getting?", "What if they give you something else?" "Who do you get it from?"

Warheart, there is a program called "Dragon" that reads the screen for you! We used it at my local community college for blind and severely dyslexic students. -Granny:hippy:

Stoner_spirit,id would like to ask you a couple of questions about being blind.
They aren't offending at all but i'm scared to offend you anyway,I've never met a blind persons :

What do blind people see? just darkness? i can't imagine what seeing "nothing" is like.

What do you imagine peole look like? and what do coulors represent to you?
If you haven't seen anything in your whole life how can things be described to you?
