Honestly if they start charging kids for swearing at others...your schools would be mayhem...Ring legal aid or see if you can get some advice off your local court, coucillor...what ever it is you have over there...plus 11 kids all telling the same lie, one will surely fuck-up and if not I really wouldnt worry about it to much. get advice from somewhere that people know what they are talking about and can really help you.
