    drying...?

I still haven't gotten it down. What is the best method? I've tried hanging it with a fan circulating under it, but it just seems to dry too quickly. I try putting it into a spaghetti jar after hanging, but doesn't seem to do much good.

Any suggestions? All are appreciated. It's the one thing that I haven't quite fully gotten ahold of.

    Thanks!

    drying...?

You will find many opinions here on drying, when i harvest I trim because it is easier to trim when wet, but be careful in the handling of the plants. I have dried many batches and find that after I trim I hang them for 3-4 days till they are dry to the touch, others say to hang them longer, but I find they dry to fast that way. After the are dry to the touch i place them in paper bags for a couple of days, then seal them in containers. Mason jars are the most recomended but I find they are expensive so i use the glad or ziploc plastic containers and open them for a few minutes each day. To me the most important thing at this ponit is mold prevention, so if the buds get very wet leave the containers open till they are dry to the touch. It should take at least two weeks for them to dry and if you let them cure longer they will smoke smoother and taste better. If you have any more questions just ask .

    drying...?

vegasgrower is right, also to preserve them longer put them in a freezer bag and put them in the freezer. just don`t defrost them in the microwave or oven. let them defrost on their own.
