I'm slightly confused, do I swallow the cough syrup then smoke?
Or hold it in my mouth while toking?

awesome dude, great idea. i tried it, and i loved it! (i usually don't cough, but i have asthma, so sometimes coughing is inevitable, especially since i pretty much smoke all day every day) i used a cough drop along with my bong, and in my bong i used just ice, no water (smoooooooth hits). both of these together made it so i didn't cough at all! not once! soooo yeah dude, thanks for the idea

im not sure if you knew this but THC actualy acts as a broncodilater. meaning it actualy HELPS people with asthma. it sortof works like an inhaler. i also have asthma so ive researched this.

when I was in college we would smoke after we went to Sonic and the sonic mints would do the same thing
