well i heard that u can get caught with an oz. or less and all u get is a 100 dollar fine and the narcotics confiscated. Is this true? can someone please elaborate further on this...

sometimes the cops just take your weed without even giving you a ticket. just take it to smoke for themselves and give you a "warning"

Word. Or they make you dump it out and say "that shit is bad for you". they are relaly just lax on laws. Probably just take and smoke it. But if you have other hard shit, expect hell.

this guy i met was tellin me how he and his friends got caught and the cop just made em dump it on the ground, then the cop left so they just got outa their car and picked it off the ground.
