I would judge by the way she was talking that it isn't uncommon to see her father in that state...not shooting heroin, but certainly not setting a very good example...but then again, she seems intelligent enough to notice that it would be a very dumb idea to follow her fathers footsteps

to be honest so have I...I watched my mom and my dad god drunk and beat the shit out of each other for the first few years of my life until they got divorced...if they had been pot smokers we would likely still be a family...
