If your sister and mom are worried about their safety could they spend a few nights at your place? Maybe have a male relative/ family friend call the guy/answer when he calls and say something like "if you keep messing with my wife I'm going to kill you". I dont know if that would work or not.

tell your mom to have conversations with him over the internet mentioning the blackmailing like "what can i do so you can stop blackmailing me" or something like that then save all the conversations and sue that weirdo with prove and get ur money and pictures......tell ur mom that my e-mail is [email protected] just playin hey follow my advice though u need prove for anything now a days

My mom is going to be staying with me for the weekend and my sister is going to be staying wit one of her friends. I told my mom to get him to start talkign with her through email so she can get his IP address rather easy and then go to the cops. This is the biggest mess I still cant believe it. I told her that she needed to have a man there until she made it to my house on Friday but the only one who I could think of to tell and trust is my dad and she doesnt want him to find out anytime soon. They are seperated and the last thing she wants him to know is what she has gotten herself into.

I hope that I will never have those pics within seeing distance. Wonder since she smoked pot last weekend if she will ask about smoking at my house this weekend when she comes to stay. That would be weird.
