I think it would be hard to say exactly what the most potent one is. There might not even be just one.

White Rhino has very high THC levels and quantities. Also, many regional strains are very, very potent, like Matanusku (sp?) Thunderfuck. Purple Urkle, Grand Daddy Purple... all genetically possible to have very high levels and quantities of THC. A lot of strains nowadays on the market are very potent. Try them out for yourself... and make your own decision.
