Just take your salted bud and put it in a jar. Gently add cool distilled water (tap water will also work, but not quite as well). Let it sit over night and then pour off the salty water. THC is NOT soluble in water, so potency is not harmed, but the salt will be gone. Dry it and smoke it. It won't be quite as pretty, but the smoke will be smoother. Get a new dealer after informing your dealer that HE is getting ripped off! (That way if he is innocent and being ripped off, he will lodge a complaint with his dealer.
