I think the stick cartoons with the dog are promoting a different message. I saw one where the guy smoking said,

"Don't leave me, I need you."

And the dog just walked off and raised a flag. It's as if they're saying it's ok to turn your back on a smoker, and that's how addicts become addicts. I sent them an email about that one, and never got a reply.

because they are corrupt government-run agencys. you cant expect them to consider what you say, they have big profits to make off keeping weed illegal and with their ads and shit its all just a stupid scam, an illusion, dumb people. ugh. it disgusts me people can get so corrupted to deprive everyone of weed its the shit! if we all smoked weed and it was chill, it would be totally different and shit would change. but nah these people make so much money, i hate money, i want to burn all the money, but we need it because theres no way out its like a trap
