I'd say try appealing to your dad. tell him you don't touch anything besides weed, and that hes killing your social life with this lock up bullshit. you know where to draw the line, marijuana is just something you do for fun on occasion ubt you wouldnt even think about moving onto hard drugs.
whats your dads opinion on weed? your mom sounds pretty irrational on the subject of drugs, just like mine, so try to explain how its not hurting you to your dad. if you can get him on your side things would be a lot easier. educate him about cannabis and all its wonders, how it doesnt cause brain damage etc.

rebelling and destroying your relationship with your parents doesnt sound like a good idea, and if they end up taking you out of your current school and throwing you in a public school that will probably mean you'll lose all your current friends.
