ya i either open the store or close it. i make pizza answer phones etc, but at the same time i run everything, tell people what to do and when to do it, i handle all the money etc.. i have various little jobs that assistant managers have to do aswell, im sure anyone here who has had a management position at a restaurant knows about keeping your labor and food % down etc..
anyways, its real easy, fun job and does not pay to bad, considering i get like a 15 cent raise every month and an extra 85 bucks every check if i hit my labor and food goals too
