You would have better luck in Central America as far as learning Spanish and working.

Working in Europe is going to be tough if you are not a citizen. Get hired and employed by an American company in Spain might work. But generally you are SOL.

There is a Magazine you might want to check out. It is called Transitions Abroad. It comes out every other month.

Do you have a degree yet?

Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama and several other Central and South American countries that speak Spanish would be easier to get a job teaching kids.

However there might be volunteer opportunities in Spain.
